Thank you for using NFC Tools. We value your privacy and are committed to handling information in a transparent and reasonable way. This Privacy Policy explains how NFC Tools for iOS handles information, uses system permissions, and works with third-party services.

NFC Tools does not require an account. NFC, QR, and record content that you read or create is kept on your device by default. Unless you actively use system sharing, send an email, open an external link, or make a purchase, the app does not actively upload this content to our own servers.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the current iOS version of NFC Tools and its NFC, QR Code, Record Library, Saved Tags, subscription, and related settings features.

This Policy does not cover the independent data practices of Apple, RevenueCat, Notion, Mail, Maps, Contacts, Photos, or other third-party services. Please review the privacy policies and terms of those services when you use them.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Content You Provide or Choose to Process

When you use the app, it may process the following content locally on your device:

• NDEF content read from NFC tags.
• Text, URL, Contact, SMS, Wi-Fi, Location, Email, and Social records that you prepare to write to NFC tags.
• QR Code scan results and QR Codes generated from records.
• Saved NFC tags, QR scan history, and Record Library templates.
• Names, phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, addresses, Wi-Fi information, social accounts, and other content that you enter in records.
• Contact information that you select from Contacts to populate Contact or SMS records.

This content may contain personal information. Only read, save, or share content that you have the right to handle.

2.2 Purchase and Subscription Information

When you purchase, restore, or manage a subscription, Apple StoreKit, the App Store, and RevenueCat may process information needed to provide subscription services, such as purchase status, transaction or receipt-related information, app and device technical information, and information required for purchase attribution.

NFC Tools does not receive your bank card number or Apple ID password. Payment is handled by Apple's systems, and subscription status is verified by Apple and the relevant subscription service.
