Welcome to NFC Tools. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using NFC Tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

1. Service Description

NFC Tools is a utility app for handling NFC and QR content. You can use the app to:

• Read, view, and save NDEF content from NFC tags.
• Create Text, URL, Contact, SMS, Wi‑Fi, Location, Email, and Social records.
• Write records to supported NFC tags.
• Erase NDEF content from writable NFC tags or lock supported tags.
• Scan QR Codes, import QR Codes from photos, and generate QR Codes from records.
• Manage Saved Tags, QR scan history, and Record Library templates.
• Use paid features provided through Apple StoreKit and related subscription services.

The app provides tool-based functionality only. We do not guarantee that every NFC tag, QR Code, record format, file, device model, system version, or third-party service can be successfully read, written, recognized, saved, exported, or used. Availability may depend on tag type, NDEF support, tag capacity, content format, device model, system version, permission settings, and third-party system limitations.

2. User Responsibilities

You must use NFC Tools lawfully and reasonably. You are solely responsible for:

• NFC, QR, record, and other content that you read, create, write, save, convert, export, copy, or share.
• Having permission to use NFC tags, photos, contact information, Wi‑Fi information, and third-party content.
• Confirming and backing up content before writing, erasing, or locking a tag.

You may not use the app to:

• Process, distribute, or share illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, misleading, or harmful content.
